In this fascinating presentation you will hear how far Glycoscience, the field that explores the structures and functions of sugars, is constantly expanding. It is a field that explores the structural and functional properties of complex carbohydrates or ‘glycans’, which are critical in every area of biology and have important applications in biotechnology, medicine and industry.
