 Centre Representative in FameLab CompetitionApril 12, 2017Congratulations to Ghanendra Gartaula (CNAFS, UQ PhD) who represented the Centre and Queensland Alliance in Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI, UQ) in the FameLab QLD Semi-Final on March 22nd 2017. Explaining his research in less than 3 minutes, Ghanendra entertained the audience with macramé style strands to explain the science behind the solubility of non-starch polysaccharide, arabinoxylan found in wheat.
