Congratulations to Ghanendra Gartaula (CNAFS, UQ PhD) who represented the Centre and Queensland Alliance in Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI, UQ) in the FameLab QLD Semi-Final on March 22nd 2017. Explaining his research in less than 3 minutes, Ghanendra entertained the audience with macramé style strands to explain the science behind the solubility of non-starch polysaccharide, arabinoxylan found in wheat.
