Associate Professor Rachel Burton was interviewed for an article in the widely read lifestyle magazine Marie Claire. The article, titled “5 Ancient Grains – the wellbeing wonder foods and how best to eat them” discusses the benefits of quinoa, millet, spelt, wild rice and barley and can be found in the April edition.
